Chelsea open talks to sign Tottenham defender target, Fabrizio Romano claims

Chelsea have reportedly opened talks to sign Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde. The France international has been attracting quite an interest after his impressive campaign at the La Liga side, with Tottenham reported to be interested. According to transfer expert Fabrizo Romano, Chelsea have opened official talks to sign Kounde. The 22-year-old is open to accept the Blues' offer, as he wants to play Champions League football.
