Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly keen on bringing in Lionel Messi after latest Barcelona development. On Thursday night Blaugranas have made a shocking announcement, saying that they cannot afford to keep Messi at the club because of new La Liga regulations. And according to Diario AS, Chelsea owner Abramovich has requested an 'urgent meeting' with the 34-year-old's team as his Barcelona exit was confirmed. The Blues have previously been linked with a move for the Argentinian, and now they are in a desperate need of a striker. Although other reports claim Romelu Lukaku's move from Inter Milan is so close, so Chelsea might look to finalise it.
