Chelsea could sign former Premier League star if Bayern Munich don’t make loan permanent

Chelsea could sign Bayern Munich player Philippe Coutinho. Coutinho is currently on loan at Bundesliga club from Barcelona. The Catalan giants want to make a move for PSG star Neymar and they will look to offload Coutinho. If Bayern Munich don’t make loan permanent than Coutinho will be free to return to Premier League, according to Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea almost certain to be active in a  big way during the summer transfer window and Coutinho would be a great addition to Frank Lampard’s side.
