Willian has turned down a huge offer from China and looks set to stay at Stamford Bridge.
The winger was offered a £17.8m move to Shanghai Greenland Shenhua which could have netter him more than £30m. The three-year deal also featuring appearance, goal and title bonuses would have amounted to a huge increase on top of the £10.8m-a-year basic salary he was offered.
Chelsea have rejected bids worth £35million from both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid for Willian, however, they are unwilling to meet the Brazilan’s contract demands.
Willian joined Chelsea in 2013 and he scored just three Premier League goals through the season as the Blues finished third.
The Blues are still in talks with the 30-year-old, who has just one year left on his current deal.
