Chelsea are set to announce the signings of Thiago Silva and Kai Havertz in the coming days, according to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. On Wednesday, the Blues confirmed the signing of Ben Chilwell from Leicester City. And on the same day Silva has reportedly signed his contract with Chelsea - the announcement is expected in the coming days.
