Chelsea told they could secure 'bargain price' deal for Philippe Coutinho this summer

Barcelona have reportedly contacted  Chelsea to tell them the cut-price amount needed to bring Philippe Coutinho back to the Premier League this summer. The Brazil international has struggled to impress since making his £142million move to the Nou Camp. Therefore, he was sent out on loan. He is currently on loan at German giants Bayer Munich. Chelsea are the frontrunners to sign the 27-year-old. According to The Sun, Chelsea have been informed the cut-price package Barcelona will accept. Barca have told Chelsea they can sign Coutinho for just £75m. Indeed, it is close to half the amount they paid to sign him from Liverpool in January 2018. Source: Teamtalk
