Chelsea transfer latest: Target Timo Werner has a pre-agreement with Premier League club

Chelsea target Timo Werner reportedly has an agreement in place to join Liverpool it has been claimed. The RB Leipzig player, who scored 25 goals in 26 appearances this season, is attacking interest from Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Barcelona. According to El Desmarque, Werner has a ‘pre-agreement’ with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. Werner signed a contract extension with Leipzig last summer, which reportedly has a €60m (£51m) release clause.
