Chelsea's Callum Hudson-Odoi agrees with Frank Lampard as player makes a vow

Callum Hudson-Odoi has claimed that he will not sulk if he is left out of Frank Lampard's Chelsea squad as he agrees with his boss on that he still has plenty to improve - but states he is set to hold on to his place in the starting line-up. The 20-year-old was linked with a move to Bayern Munich last year and has started only two Premier League games all season under Lampard. Speaking on his future, Hudson-Odoi said: "You want to play in every game, but I also want to improve in those minutes on the pitch. I have the right mentality, the right attitude. I would never sulk about anything - I just want to do my best and take every opportunity I get. "Whether in training or in a game, give 110 per cent. I want to make sure I am always ready. The way you train affects the way you play. I want to keep working hard and learning. Nobody is the perfect player, everybody has flaws. I want to keep learning whether it is on the pitch or at home watching clips. Learning from the manager. He knows what is right for me." Sunday's result was a welcome boost for Chelsea, after one win in six games in the Premier League, and Hudson-Odoi said: "We want to build a run of winning games again. "This was a good step for us, we needed to show the right mentality." Source- Daily And Sunday Express Join us on Telegram!
