Conor Coady sends warning to Arsenal after celebrations against Wolves

Conor Coady has claimed that he "didn't like" seeing Arsenal's celebrations after Wolverhampton Wanderers' defeat to the north London outfit on Thursday. Gunners scored the game's only goal in the 25th minute when Gabriel capitalised on some sloppy defending from the Wolves defence on a corner at Molineux. Mikel Arteta's side celebrated wildly at the final whistle after holding on to a precious three points in the race for a top four place in the Premier League. After the game Wolves captain Coady admitted that the celebrations irked him and his teammates but admitted that they may have done the same thing had the result gone the other way.
"We seen them, we heard them, we obviously seen the whole thing. I know Ruben has spoken about it," Coady told the BBC Football Daily podcast.   "They celebrated quite hard, didn't they? It probably shows how big the game was to them. It was big to us as well. Listen, we spoke about it all week. We prepared well, we made sure we were ready.   "I actually thought we played quite well in the game if I'm being honest. We had the ball, we created different things, but Arsenal are a top side.   "We seen the celebrations, I'll be honest with you, from our point of view we really didn't like them. We've got two weeks to try and put things right when we go back to the Emirates and try to put on a good game against them.   "We all know how competitive the game can get and I think we all understood how important that game was last night for both teams.   "We were talking about it all week, how big the game was and I'm sure if it was the other way around we would have been celebrating like that, but when you're on the receiving end of it you don't want to feel it, you don't want to see it, you don't want to hear it.   "That's what you're like as a footballer. It really, really hurt us if I'm being honest with you. We spoke straight away about the fact that we got another game now on Sunday (against Spurs) but we play Arsenal again in a couple of weeks and hopefully we can go there and put on a good performance really."
