Cristiano Ronaldo limped out of Portugal 1-1 draw with Serbia after suffering a hamstring injury.
The 34-year-old suffered the injury in the 31
st minute of the match and was replaced by Pizzi after receiving treatment.
Despite the absence of their talisman, Portugal equalised after a stunning strike from Danilo Pereira, though neither side was able to find a winner.
Ronaldo has no fears that he will miss Juventus’ upcoming Champions League match against Ajax on April 10.
"My injury? I’m not worried," he told reporters. "I know my body and in two weeks’ time I’ll be ready to play again."
Portugal have drawn both of their opening Euro 2020 qualifying matches, against Ukraine and now Serbia, though Ronaldo is not worried.
"I sincerely think we played well in the two games," he continued. "Tonight one of those games when ball didn’t wouldn’t go in. The penalty was clear, if we have VAR in all other competitions why not here? If you understand football you see Portugal deserves to win both games."
