  Manchester City clinched the Premier League 2020/2021 title as they finished the season with 12 points ahead of second-placed Manchester United. On the final day City celebrated a 5-0 victory and now are preparing to face Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League final on Saturday. Pep Guardiola's side have also won the EFL Cup this season. Following the trophy celebration, City star Kyle Walker took to Instagram and posted several pictures and captioned it with a blue heart emoji. Walker received a message from Dani Alves, who congratulated him by leaving a comment under the post.
