Leeds United face Huddersfield in the Championship on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
Ahead of the game, Daniel Farke has provided an update on Crysencio Summerville who has been managing a heavily-strapped shoulder during this season.
Summerville is one of the key players of the Whites team as he has made overall 11 appearances in which he has scored 4 goals and provided 2 assists. He was on the bench during their last week's defeat against Stoke City and came off the bench towards the end of the game.
Speaking on the player's injury, Farke said: "Not a big problem. Struggled with it for a few weeks. Shoulder injuries needs strapping before every game and session. Last a while in this area. He is ready for training and games. Not a big problem, not the only reason he did not start on Wednesday. Missed big parts of pre-season.
"One muscle injury already this season. Struggling with shoulder and cramped at Norwich. He is in outstanding form and a brilliant performance. Spoke about my appreciation for him after the last game he started. Remember we need him all season and cannot afford a long-term injury with something stupid.
"Have to be careful. In a few weeks he will be ready for three games in seven days."
