David Beckham makes very bold claim about Cristiano Ronaldo And Lionel Messi
David Beckham has hinted that he may attempt an ambitious future swoop to try to bring both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to the MLS as he begins his attempts to start a new era in USA football.
Beckham is part owner and president of the newly formed Inter Miami CF, who are expected to compete in the American league from 2020.
Speaking to reporters in Miami, Beckham said: "Everyone has their wish list - everyone does!
"But if you look at the way Leo and Cristiano are still playing, even at what you might think is the later stage of their careers, I don't see it ending for them.
"They're playing at such a high level that it's hard to see them leaving the clubs they are at. But we will see. You never know what can happen in football."
