West Ham United head coach David Moyes had words of praise for Chelsea starlet Billy Gilmour. Hammers boss says he might even think about offering Blues a swap deal, in case Chelsea want Declan Rice. Rice, a long time target for the Premier League tops, could leave West Ham this summer. Moyes thinks Gilmour is the player that could replace him, despite appearing only 2 Premier League and 4 cup appearances.Scottish youngster was solid against Liverpool in the FA Cup 5th round, having the center under his control, despite playing against Premier League leaders. "He's typical of what my memories are of what Scottish players were like going back many, many years. We were always good players, really talented football players, and at the moment Billy Gilmour in the short period I've seen him has looked like that all day long.” Moyes said during BBC Scotland's Scottish football podcast."We need to start getting a Scottish national team that gives us some hope but he's certainly a really talented looking player."I was laughing because I keep getting told that Chelsea want Declan Rice, so I thought well I might just decide I want Billy Gilmour and see how it goes." he added.
