Tanguy Ndombele is set to leave Tottenham and join Napoli on loan, according to the transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.
The two clubs had already agreed on a €1m loan move with a €30m buy option for the 25-year-old midfielder.
Romano claims the sides have now reached an agreement on personal terms as well.
Ndombele will pass his medical tests in Italy on Thursday, as the insider reports.
