Declan Rice called for action after disgraceful racist abuse happened against Raheem Sterling.
On Thursday night, England faced Hungary away in a World Cup qualifier game, where the Englishmen were subject to racism.
Hungary fans were at it from the first minute, as they booed both Sterling and Jude Bellingham, as well as throwing cups to the pitch following the No 10's opening goal.
After Hungarians launched cups onto the field, the West Ham man picked up one of those thrown at the Manchester City star and drank from it.
Declan Rice during Hungary vs England game
After the match Rice told ITV,
"We knew before the game it would be a hostile place to come, we spoke about what could potentially happen,"
"As players, we didn’t hear it but if we did there were protocols in place, but we didn’t hear nothing. It’s disgraceful, I said in the last interview that something needs to happen, they can keep doing stadium bans and there’s protocols in place.
"But, it can’t keep happening every time we're away from home, in these types of countries."
The 22-year old centre-back also took to his Instagram to post a story with the caption:
"silence the haters".
