Tottenham's Dele Alli says they will use the Champions League experience to be even better next season.
Spurs managed to finish in Top - 4 and qualify for Champions League group stage for 2019/20 campaign. Mauricio Pochettino's side also reached Champions League final for the first time in their history, however, lost to Liverpool in Madrid after Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi scored for the Merseyside club.
"Obviously it was difficult to take - getting to the final and not getting over the line." Alli said during Tottenham's pre-season tour (via The Telegraph).
"It was a great campaign but it was heartbreaking not to have won the final.
"We are disappointed as a team but we've got to try and use it to our advantage for next season," The England international added.
"We've got to take the positives and try and use it to drive us on this season." he added.
