Don Hutchison 'can't believe' Arsenal aren't signing Newcastle's future player

Don Hutchison says he 'can't believe' Arsenal or Tottenham are not trying to get Bruno Guimaraes. The former midfielder thinks that Newcastle United's potential future signing is good enough for ‘anyone in the top four’ of the Premier League. Hutchison has taken to Twitter to react to Fabrizio Romano's transfer update.
