Donny van de Beek reveals Tottenham winger Steven Bergwijn wanted him to reject Manchester United

Manchester United newcomer Donny van de Beek has revealed that Steven Bergwijn asked him to reject a move to the Red Devils and join Tottenham instead. Van de Beek join United during this transfer window from Ajax on a five-year deal. Before joining the Red Devils, the midfielder had attracted strong interest from several other clubs including Real Madrid and Barcelona as well as Tottenham.
