Eddie Howe claims £22m Tottenham man is "one of the best in the world" in his position

Former Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has named Tottenham forward Heung-Min Son as "one of the best attacking players in the world". These comments came after the Spurs' 2 - 0 win over Manchester City. During the clash, both Harry Kane and Son played a key role, with the Korea international acting as a fullback to prevent City's players from expressing themselves. Howe has reacted to a clip where Son is helping his right-back in a defensive position and shared his praise with the whole team. “I love this clip because Son is back helping his fullback,” he said. “First and foremost, one of the best-attacking players in the world. He is back defending, doubling up and showing the team how important it is to defend in these moments together and not just as individuals. “Look at the team length, from Harry Kane, the highest striker to the defence, it’s a minimal distance [about 20 yards]. So, they have everybody contributing to that effort. “You have got Sissoko almost filling in a fullback position. So, it really is everyone collectively. Harry Kane almost then filling into a left-midfield position. For the good of the team. Not for them. But for the good of the team.”
