Egypt coach Javier Aguirre believes that Mohamed Salah may need to leave Liverpool to join an even better team and win trophies.
Salah’s first season with Liverpool was record-breaking, in which he scored 44 goals in all competitions. The Egypt international has been linked with Real Madrid before signing a new five-year deal in July. However, he need to leave if trophies don’t arrive soon.
"It may be better for him to leave within a season or two if Liverpool doesn't win any titles," he said in Egypt, per ESPN FC.
Liverpool fans may not be happy at a national team coach having a say on Salah's club future.
