El Desmarque: Chelsea to submit €300m bid to sign Neymar

Neymar could leave Paris Saint Germain and join Premier League outfit Chelsea. Chelsea are looking to sign Neymar and are set to make a €300m during the summer transfer window, according to Spanish publication El Desmarque. Neymar is expected to be handed a deal worth €42 million. Which will make him the highest paid football player of the world. The Brazilian international has long been linked with a move to Barcelona during the summer transfer window, however, he remained in Paris. Real Madrid and Juventus have also been linked with the player.
