Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger’s announcement about his retirement at the end of the season didn’t surprise football world, however, the following news about his return to Ligue 1 can shock many.
Unai Emery believes that Arsene Wenger is the right man to take over at Paris Saint-Germain after his 22-year spell at Arsenal.
Wenger himself has been linked with taking Emery's job at PSG, though there’re also speculations on Thomas Tuchel.
However, former Sevilla boss thinks Wenger has the ability to take charge at Parc des Princes before he calls time on his career.
"He is a reference for the world of football and us coaches. He has given inspiration to this sport.”
"Every year, a dozen coaches meet in Nyon and Wenger is a reference for all of us. He has always spoken well of me.
"I have great admiration for him as a person and as a coach. He has the quality and the experience to coach the best teams in the world, like PSG," he told a news conference.
