Arsenal faced Watford in the Premier League and celebrated a 3-2 victory. Martin Odegaard opened the scoring just five minutes into the game, while Cucho Hernandez equalized a few minutes later. Until the end of the first half, Bukayo Saka scored the Gunners’ second goal. In the second half, Gabriel Martinelli scored the third goal for Mikel Arteta’s side, meanwhile, Moussa Sissoko scored Watford’s second goal. With the win, the Gunners are now 4th in the league table with 48 points. Following the game, Arteta was asked about the Premier League top-four race. "To be fair, I don’t like to look at the table a lot because we have games in hand, we’re going to play different fixtures and I know the objective and it’s only one, to try and improve tomorrow on what we’ve done today and go into the next match and that’s it," said Arsenal manager during a press conference. "I cannot control results and I cannot predict which matches we are going to win, draw or lose, it’s impossible. If I start to do that I think we’re going to lose focus in what we want to do."
