Chelsea have shown an interest in signing Leicester City youngster Wesley Fofana, however, they suffered a blow as the Foxes rejected their third bid for the player on Tuesday.
However, according to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, it's not over yer for Fofana to the Blues as the player is pushing to join Thomas Tuchel's side.
So as the speculations are still ongoing and the summer transfer window is still open, let's see what squad numbers are available at Chelsea if the defender ends up joining them.
Fofana's current number at Leicester is 3, however, it is occupied by Marcos Alonso at the Blues. During his footballing career, the 21-year-old has worn numbers 5, 32, 4 and 12 at the back of his jersey.
Following the departure of Antonio Rudiger, number 2 is currently available at Chelsea and could be a fit for Fofana if he joins.
Number 4 is also currently vacant following the departure of Andreas Christensen.
