Leicester City have rejected a third bid from Chelsea for Wesley Fofana, according to The Telegraph's John Percy. As per the journalist, the total offer for the 21-year-old is understood to be around £70m including add-ons.
The Blues have shown an interest in signing the Foxe's star during this summer transfer window. Thomas Tuchel's side have been active in the window as they have welcomed Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella.
However, the Blues have endured a difficult start to the season as they are currently 12th in the league table with one win, one defeat and one draw in three games so far.
Chelsea continues to look for ways to strengthen their team, however, they have suffered a blow in the pursuit of Fofana.
