"Won't be as close". Mark Lawrenson states his prediction for Manchester City vs Brentford

Manchester City will host Brentford on Wednesday, February 9 in a midweek Premier League game. Before heading into winter break, City played a 1-1 draw with Southampton, meanwhile Brentford suffered a 2-1 defeat to Wolves. Currently, Pep Guardiola's side are leading the league table with 57 points, while the Bees are 14th with 23 points. Ahead of the game, BBC football expert Mark Lawrenson has stated his prediction.
Brentford have lost their mojo, suffering five defeats in a row in all competitions and conceding an average of more than three goals a game in that time.   That's not the kind of form you want to be in heading to Etihad Stadium, especially with Manchester City playing so well.   The Bees gave City a good game on their own patch over Christmas and only lost 1-0. This one probably won't be as close.
Lawrenson's prediction: 4-0
