Eric Abidal returns to Barcelona

Barcelona officially announced that Eric Abidal will work as team’s new technical secretary. Current technical secretary Robert Fernandez’s contract expires this month and he will not extend it. https://twitter.com/FCBarcelona/status/1004735997916180480 Abidal played in Barcelona from 2007 to 2013. He was a key player in Pep Guardiola’s team, however he played less in his last seasons because of health problems. Frenchman’s official presentation is scheduled on Monday, July 18.
