Manchester City sensation Erling Haaland has named Liverpool and Tottenham as the toughest defenses for him to attack.
The Norwegian revealed this during an interview with the Professional Footballers' Trade Union. In the previous Premier League season, Manchester City and Arsenal were locked in a title race, and it was their standout performers who received recognition at the PFA's 50th-anniversary awards event.
Erling Haaland, who had an exceptional season, was awarded the Players' Player of the Year, while Bukayo Saka was honored as the Young Player of the Year. Notable names like Harry Kane and Kevin De Bruyne were also among the players selected for the Team of the Year.
The 23-year-old became a part of Manchester City's squad last summer, and his goal-scoring prowess played a crucial role in propelling Pep Guardiola's team past Arsenal during the latter part of the season, ultimately securing the club's third consecutive league title.
