The draw will take place on Monday, 28 January ahead of an all-London showdown between non-league Barnet and Brentford at The Hive Stadium.
Former striker Ian Wright will take part along with former England defender Alex Scott, who won the Women's FA Cup on seven occasions.
The winners in the FA Cup fourth round this weekend will each earn a fee of £180,000. Fifth round winners earn £360,000 and the fee doubles again for the winners of the quarter-finals. At the end of the season, the winners earn £3.6m.
