Fabrizio Romano claims Liverpool set to send player away on loan, deal almost done

Liverpool are ready to send Nat Phillips on loan to Bournemouth. According to Fabrizio Romano, both clubs have reached a verbal agreement for the player. Final details are still to be completed on Phillips' side/personal terms before signing contracts. The deal is now in place.
