Fabrizio Romano has given an update on Chelsea's pursuit of Julian Nagelsmann as head coach following the sacking of Graham Potter.
The Blues sacked Potter over the weekend following poor results. Currently, they are 11th in the league table and have been eliminated from both cup competitions and are in the quarter-finals of the Champions League where they will face Real Madrid.
According to Romano, the Blues held talks with Nagelsmann and it went positive, the Italian journalist said during Here We Go Podcast.
Romano also added that the club could appoint someone very fast, maybe after their game against Liverpool or maybe at the end of this week, or it could go slow.
