Fabrizio Romano: Manchester City are in advanced negotiations to sign Argentine youngster

Manchester City are in advanced negotiations to sign Argentine youngster Dario Ariel Sarmiento, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 17-year-old currently plays for Estudiantes. Romano states that the opening bid is around €19m with add ons. If the agreement is reached, Sarmiento will arrive in the summer 2021. Romano wrote on Twitter: "Manchester City are in advanced negotiations to sign Darío Ariel Sarmiento, 17 years old from Estudiantes. The opening bid is around €19m [add ons included!]. If the agreement will be reached, he’d arrive on June 2021 to plan about his future with ‘City group’ Flag of Argentina #mcfc @CLMerlo".
