Leicester City are close to signing AS Roma winger Cengiz Under, according to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano. The 23-year-old has been linked with the move to King Power Stadium for the summer transfer window. The Foxes were reported to be the favorites to sign the Turkish player with a bid worth €25m. And now, Romano claims the two sides are close to an agreement, which could see Leciester signing the winger on loan with obligation to buy.
