Fabrizio Romano provides update on Erik Lamela future at Tottenham

Fabrizio Romano has provided an update on Erik Lamela's future at Tottenham. Recently there have been talks over the player's possible move away from Jose Mourinho's side, however, the Spanish journalist claims Lamela is focused on playing for Spurs and wants to stay. “He wants to stay, he wants to focus on Tottenham, so first of all congrats to Lamela for his goal, but he wants to stay," Romano told on the Here We Go Podcast. "There are a lot of rumours, but he’s always focused on Tottenham, his main idea is to stay and to fight for his place, to be a starter at Tottenham. At the moment he is not planning on leaving the club".
