Fabrizio Romano has provided new details on Harry Kane’s situation at Tottenham.
The 29-year-old's contract with Spurs will shortly expire, so it's still questionable if he'll decide to continue or if it would be the best time to seek a fresh start.
According to the Italian journalist, the North London outfit have already decided to make a contract renewal offer or their superstar, however, the transfer insider noted that the negotiations would be delayed due to Antonio Conte's situation.
Exclusively writing in his CaughtOffside column, Romano stated:
“Resolving the Antonio Conte situation and making a decision on the manager’s future is now the top priority for Tottenham,”
“Harry Kane talks may have to wait, and will take place in the next months. Tottenham will try to keep him as we mentioned but it’s now time to wait for the new coach and more decisions."
