Jurgen Klopp has shared his praise for David de Gea following the Manchester United goalkeeper's "fantastic" save in the second half of the Premier League game at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils celebrated a 2 - 1 win over Liverpool, with Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford scoring the winning goals for their team.
De Gea also sparkled last night, making two or three big saves and helping the team to secure United's first three points of the league season.
“The second goal does not help then it was a hectic game after our goal, definitely not the result we wanted," Klopp told BBC Sport after the clash.
“When we calmed down we have extreme number of shots for an away game at United. we should use more of these moments, the second half David de Gea made a fantastic save.
“If you score then the game turns then we did not have enough time or power in the end.”
