Fernando Torres sends message to Chelsea following Champions League final win

  Former Chelsea star Fernando Torres has taken to Twitter to send a message to the Blues following Champions League final win over Manchester City. The Blues became champions of Europe on Saturday as they celebrated a 1-0 victory over City. A goal from Kai Havertz towards the end of the first half helped Thomas Tuchel's side to celebrate the win. Torres, who played for Chelsea from 2011 to 2015, took to Twitter and wrote: "Congratulations to Chelsea!!! What a team!!! Very happy for everyone at the club and specially for all the supporters. Very well deserved!!!"
