FiveThirtyEight: Champions League 2020/21 chances. Liverpool gets 7% of winning chance

FiveThirtyEight have predicted who will get the chance to win the Champions League 2020/2021. The round of 16 will start next month with Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea having all qualified from the Premier League teams. Meanwhile, Manchester United was eliminated from the tournament as they lost to RB Leipzig. Ahead of the next month's last-16 games, FiveThirtyEight has predicted Manchester City to win the 2020/2021 Champions League title. They get a 28% chance of winning.
