FiveThirtyEight: Manchester City get higher chance of winning Champions League than Chelsea and Liverpool

Champions League returns this week with some exciting games in the round of 16. Only three English remain in the tournament - Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea. City will face Borussia Monchengladbach, Chelsea will play Atletico Madrid, while Liverpool will face RB Leipzig. Ahead of the return of the tournament, FiveThirtyEight have published their updated prediction of the Champions League for this season.
