As the Europa League final is nearing, Arsenal will have to think about Henrikh Mkhitaryan's visa issue as the final will be held in Baku.
We all already know that due to political reasons the Armenian midfielder can't participate in the games that are being played in Azerbaijan.
However,
Football London journalist Charles Watts thinks otherwise.
"If Arsenal reach the final, I have no doubt that Mkhitaryan will travel," said the journalist.
"Arsenal didn’t push for it on the group stages when they went to Baku of the game against Qarabag. They just decided it wasn’t worth the hassle.
"But they would take a very different stance should they get to the final and UEFA have already said that every player should be allowed to play in one of their competitors. Political issues shouldn’t come into it."
Arsenal will meet with Napoli in the quarter finals on March 11th and March 18th.
The Europa League final is scheduled on May 29, 2019 at Baku Olympic Stadium.
