Frank Lampard reportedly approved an offer for Bournemouth’s Ryan Fraser in January, however, Chelsea decided not to submit a bid. The winger is out of contract at the end of the season and will be free to sign for another club. Bournemouth are keen to extend his deal but Fraser looks ready to leave the club.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea boss Lampard was keen to offer him a way out in January. Lampard approved an offer but the Stamford Bridge hierarchy opted against making the move.
Tottenham and Arsenal are thought to be keen, but The Athletic claim both north London sides aren’t currently viewing him as a priority. Instead, the likes of Crystal Palace and Watford are reportedly looking at trying to prise him away from the Vitality Stadium.
