Frank Lampard gets huge injury boost ahead of Chelsea pre-season trip

Chelsea legend is expected to be announced as the Blues’ new head coach. Lampard was seen at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday and it seems like a confirmation of his emotional return is near. In head coach’s position Lampad will be happy to see Callum Hudso-Odoi recovering from injury. The youngster missed the Europa League final win over Arsenal - after suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon in the 2-2 draw with Burnley in April. Hudson-Odoi shared a video of himself jogging at Cobham with the caption which read: "Everyday is another step closer."
