Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is under huge pressure as his side struggles for victories this season after securing superstar signings this summer.
During his pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday's FA Cup 4th round clash with Luton Town, Blues boss was asked about the manager names linked with his job to which he replied:
"I ignore them. I only do my job."
On ongoing pressure, Lampard said:
"The pressure is fine, it comes with the territory. There are teams having problems now that were not, I just have to get on with the job.
"My concern is not the pressure on me, I understand how it goes. The pressure needs to be positive on the players. I don't mind taking it. The players want to get some form back."
