Gareth Southgate provides injury update on Trent Alexander-Arnold following Austria win

  England boss Gareth Southgate has confirmed that Trent Alexander-Arnold suffered a thigh injury following a friendly win over Austria. England faced Austria in a friendly match ahead of their Euro 2020 campaign and celebrated a 1-0 victory as Bukayo Saka scored the only goal of the game. The Reds star, who got a Euro 2020 call up on Tuesday, suffered an injury and was forced off towards the end of the friendly match.
