Gary Lineker reacts to CAS decision on Manchester City

Gary Lineker has reacted as Manchester City have won their appeal against Champions League ban. City were handed a two-year ban from the Champions League for breaking Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules. According to Sky Sports, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) overturned the ban, that will see the Premier League side playing in the Champions League next season. Meanwhile, BBC Sport have reported that City will have to pay €10 million (£8.96 million) fine. After the decision, Lineker took Twitter to share his thoughts.

Manchester City’s ban has been lifted on appeal. Still a fine to be paid, but a huge win for the club.
