Gary Neville has raved about Harry Kane, claiming Tottenham star was "class" against Manchester City on Saturday.
Spurs celebrated a 3 - 2 win over the Premier League leaders, with Kane scoring a double during the match.
“He is class,” Neville said on
Sky Sports about the England international.
“I have said before, these players that are of the highest level. Even if they are going through a more difficult patch, on the pitch and off the pitch, they still perform. They still give a lot to the team.
“It was outstanding, I wouldn’t call it centre-forward performance, I would just call it an all-round general leadership performance.
“To go to Manchester City, you know how it is. You are living off scraps. Your possession is down to 25-30%. Your touches in the game are less.
“So, when you get touches in the game. They have to count. He made every single touch count, Harry Kane. He was so precise in everything that he did.”
