Gary Neville explains what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must do to get permanent Manchester United job

Gary Neville has explainsed what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer must do to get a permanent job at Manchester United. Neville says only winning the Champions League will be enough to see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer keep the Manchester United manager's job on a permanent basis. (via Mirror) "I think there is. It's happened before. Like Jamie [Carragher] said, if he wins the Champions League it's inconceivable that you would say step down. I don't think Manchester United would do that. They haven't got the heart. You'd have to give it to him," told Neville to Sky Sports. "So if they won the Champions League final he would get the job. I don't think Manchester United are good enough to win the Champions League personally. "I think to get into the top four would be a fantastic achievement. But I do think they have done this to be able to get the man they want at the end of the season, who is obviously not available now." Solskjaer's job is until the end of the season and after that Manchester United might sign their No.1 target, Mauricio Pochettino , in the summer.
