Goalkeeper's future stays uncertain as THREE Premier League clubs withdraw Interest

Brentford are facing a challenging situation regarding the future of their goalkeeper, David Raya, as per sources from Football Insider.

Initially, the Spainard attracted interest from Tottenham, Manchester United, and Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window. However, that interest has waned recently, with Spurs and the Red Devils resolving their goalkeeping issues through deals for Guglielmo Vicario and Andre Onana, respectively.

In addition, new Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino seems inclined to stick with Kepa Arrizabalaga, leaving Raya's potential move uncertain. Brentford reportedly values Raya at £40 million, but interested clubs are reluctant to meet that price, especially with just one year remaining on the goalkeeper's contract.

Bayern Munich have shown interest in the Spain international, but they have not come close to meeting Brentford's demands. The Bees have already secured a replacement for Raya by signing Mark Flekken from Freiburg for around £11 million.
