Havertz to Leverkusen bosses: "I want to play for Chelsea"

Chelsea target Kai Havertz has reportedly told his Bayer Leverkusen bosses to reach an agreement as soon as possible, according to BILD. The Blues have long been linked with a move for the midfielder. Havertz has told his Leverkusen-bosses: "I want to play for Chelsea. And please don’t take too long agreeing on a fee with them, cause I want to start training there as quick as possible."

    Leverkusen want £90m for the playmaker, but Chelsea values him closer to £70m and would prefer to pay in instalments. He has reportedly agreed on personal terms with the Blues and will sign a five-year deal once the transfer fee is agreed.
